GORDON RESIDENCE

This two story, 4,000 square foot home is in the flat area of Beverly Hills, near La Cienega and Wilshire Boulevards.

The design is influenced by the Mid Century Modern style, incorporating strong horizontal lines, expansive glass, vertical spaces, and spaces flooded with light. The "Great Room" space on the ground level extends unbroken from the living room at the front to the family room and kitchen at the rear, and continues through a multi-panel sliding glass wall to the pool yard. A floating stair leads to an open hall-gallery accessing the bedrooms. Views of city lights are enjoyed from a large terrace at the front .
